Dennis Osuch
Dennis Osuch is a licensed CPA in Arizona with more than 26 years of experience providing audit, accounting, consulting, and advisory services to governments, nonprofit organizations, and CPA firms. Throughout his career, Dennis has worked with accounting firms ranging from local and regional practices to a top-ten national firm, giving him a broad perspective on client service, quality management, firm operations, and strategic growth.
As Managing Partner of Osuch Fang Advisory, Dennis works closely with clients to address complex financial and operational challenges. His experience includes serving as an outsourced financial leader, supporting audit readiness and financial reporting, evaluating internal controls, improving accounting processes, developing staffing solutions, and helping organizations plan for long-term success.
Dennis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of CPAs, the Government Finance Officers Association, and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials. He has also served on the ASCPA Board of Directors and as a board member of Desert Financial Credit Union.
Outside of his professional work, Dennis has served his community as a church youth leader, foster and adoptive parent, and volunteer with organizations supporting children, families, and individuals experiencing food insecurity and homelessness.

Ann Fang, CPA
With more than 16 years of experience as an external auditor specializing in state and local governments, along with firsthand public-sector experience as a city controller, I bring both an auditor’s perspective and a practical understanding of government operations to every engagement. I tailor each engagement to the client’s unique needs and lead projects from planning through completion, with a focus on clear communication, efficient execution, and practical solutions.
